Lightweight and easy to use with lots of adjustability
Easy to assemble and use. Provides lots of adjustments for different heights for arching your back. Frankly way more then I'll ever need as there's no way I could ever use the higher settings.Lightweight and easy to store. I used on a carpeted floor and had no problems with it gripping the carpet and not sliding around. In general it could be a bit more comfortable. The foam pad on top does provide a little softness to the spine, but I wish it was wider and thicker. The panel that you bend in an arch to adjust the height is a bit too flexible. When using at lower settings I found that it would flex downward when I put weight on it. So it would be better if the top section were made of thicker plastic.Overall it accomplishes the goal of stretching my back and is easy to use and store.

Hard to put together
It took two of us to put this back stretcher together. It's pretty hard to use. It's fairly comfortable and feels good when using it, but truth be told, it's too much of a hassle to put together and set up. I just wish there was a better option/way to get the arch part into position.

Snapped while I was trying to bend it
Do not buy this product. It comes unattached tot he bottom board and you basically have to bend it with brute strength to get it to fit. It worked a few times but the 6th time I tried it, it literally cracked. I had to throw it away as it was not safe to lie on top off anymore.

I'm not even sure
To its credit, it is adjustable even though at first it was hard for me to bend. You do need a certain strength to put the one plate into a slot and then bend it to the desired intensity I guess. So not particularly practical in that. The little foam bit also just sits there, I'm almost not sure what that's for.For the price it's really just 2 big plastic pieces with a piece of foam and some ball bearings... kind of disappointing. But it gets 3 stars cause you'd think someone is popping all of their knuckles when I laid on this. Not sure it's a good thing or not, but my spine made ungodly cracking sounds. I was more puzzled than anything, and while I used it a couple of times, I can't really say it did wonders for my back. I can't really recommend it at the 30 buck price tag PERSONALLY, but maybe having something small to bend your back over is for you more than it is for me.

Simple traction device helps stretch the lower back
My wife and I have integrated this device into our stretching routine. It’s a simple appliance that allows you to adjust the level of convex shape that you place under your lower back. The device itself is comprised of a plastic base and a thick flexible plastic board that you flex into a detente to set the convex level. We started on the minimum setting. It’s easy to setup and use. An instruction sheet comes with the device though the print is so small it’s near unreadable. Will take awhile to know if this offers lower back relief.

Turned out to be okay ~
At first, I had mixed feelings about this, because it felt a bit underwhelming as it was smaller than I expected and barely a set of two plastic plates. However, I now think it’s a good space-saving option and convenient to store when not in use.I also appreciate that you can adjust the angles, although it does require a bit of strength to fit the plate into the slots. Initially (when I requested this), I thought it could only be used on the backside, but there are actually different positions you can use.It worked perfectly for my petite frame (5’4” and 110 pounds), but I’m not sure if it would be as effective for someone twice my size.At the moment, I think it’s worth the price to try, especially since I spend long hours sitting in front of a computer for work and maintaining good posture is always a challenge.

Simple but effective
I find that the back stretcher does work as advertised. It definitely stretches your back, which I appreciated. It worked well enough, but I’m also a little concerned about how sturdy the product is. It’s not exactly solid, which makes me a bit nervous. For what it’s worth, I don’t weigh very much but I was able to bend it inwards slightly when I was getting off of it.
