Easy to swallow and 1200 is a perfect amount of calcium to take every day for stronger bones.

This OTC supplement is exactly what my doctor prescribed. I bought the small bottle 120 pills, 60 days, because it's easier to carry on airplanes with my actual prescription meds in my carry-on or "personal item". There's a cheaper version on Amazon (5 cents vs 8 cents per day) but that's a big jar to take on an airplane, that's what I keep at home.I've taken some time searching, there's so many "Calcium +" overpriced supplements out there, some with Mg, Cu, Zn and whatnot. I know I need the Ca++ for proven osteoporosis. I don't need all those other heavy metal salts.

I previously ordered the gel version of this product. I found them difficult to swallow due to the size. This item is coated and easier to swallow. I will order again

Great product! I saw changes in my nails, hair and joint discomfort within one week. I would definitely recommend. This product is smaller than other brands making it easier to swallow.

Good vitamin for the cost!

Always best to supplement beyond the multivitamin. This , especially for good health.
