Best canned chili ever? Top 3 maybe??!
I used to love stag chili, but went back to it and it was a little bland. And now its like, $3 a can?!I got this bad boy for $1.20 in rewards points. Its quite good. Not as good as homemade but way behind hornel and about the same price or cheaperI don't know i'd ever order JUST this but if i saw it in a store i'd grab a can. Likewise, if i'm at like $32 and need $35 in my cart of free shipping, sure i'll get a few cansgoes good on burgers and baked potatoes

A Very Different Taste
Did not care for the "cardboard" taste or texture. The reason for a three is that all the components are there to use as a base.

Good and Convenient Chili
I think Dennison's is the best shelf chili. It does not have that tinny taste of some canned chili You know, you can add to it and make it better: a little hamburger, onion, garlic, more chili powder and cumin and even add in some more pinto or black beans and tomato paste and a little beer. then you have something approximating real chili. Very handy when the power goes out.
