Q: I have multiple 1911's will all the grips be identical or will there be (hopefully) some variation in color/pattern between them?

1 further comment, although they appear to be identical it’s hard to beat the price. I have been to several gun shows and looked at several vendors that had stag grips they were always over $100.00, so $29.95 is a bargain. Personally I think they are well worth it.

Q: will these attach with the screws from my Springfield TRP?

I have a Remington 1911 and I used the factory screws . They worked fine.

Q: Do both sides need sanded to fit or just the Left side for a R.I. 1911 10mm?

That’s a good question. I bought 2 sets of these both for a 1911 . I didn’t need to sand or anything else for a * perfect * fit . One for my Colt Commander, the other for a M1911 Ruger . In my experience the distance between the two mounting Screws matched , therefore These attractive and Functional grips fit perfectly. I am not sure about 10mm . I would suggest contacting the seller . Great customer service and they would be happy to help you. Wish I could be of more assistance.

If your screw holes are 3 1/16 center to center. Then they should fit.
