Delicious!
I tried this on sourdough as I had no pita. 1/4 tsp sprinkled over each slice, olive oil drizzled lightly but enough to cover (1/4 tsp, as the directions say to use, is not enough), 5-7 minutes in a 350F oven. Where was this all my life!?

Good overall
I have got this kind of spice from Dubai and wanted to get more, because it’s a perfect addition to salads. Although this one did not taste exactly the same, still it’s good and I would recommend trying it. Especially great value for price.

Major disappointment
Upon opening the bag there was the reek of stale sesame seeds. The seeds were not toasted and were so few and so tiny it'd be a wonder if you could have even tasted them. As for the rest? Tasteless, no aroma of herbs at all. It's like fine ground green hay with an unpleasant. tangy aftertaste. And its not elegable for return, replacement, or your money back. Won't make this mistake again.

Delicious, fresh, great value for money
Fresh spice blend. Incredible amount for the price. At this value for money, I can use this za'atar with abandon. Fresh green thyme, sesame seeds, again, fresh... delicious blend... happy i found this product
