Fantastic toy, love the customizability. Names are from a list available, so check online if your child's name is available else use the generic terms like baby etc.

Got it as a gift and really like the toy. The only sad part is couldn't find my daughter's name in customising as a guess they must be having foreign names and not Indian names. Would love if they add Indian names

Stay far away from this product. the original version had a simple mini usb cord that you just plugged directly into any computer and updated it, the new version as of december 2014 or so comes with a 3.5 mm audio jack plug. This plug is supposed to work with tablets, and smart phones. However when both of me and my wife's phone didnt work and neither did our pc i called leapfrog. The csr rep i spoke to me told me off the record that version two was designed with apple products only in mind, and that only like 2 smart phones android or windows based on market work with it according to their company support emails they receive. Her advice was to find someone with an apple ipad or iphone and borrow it for a few minutes to customize this product with my sons name! Who ever thought of this design and got rid of the simple usb cord was a moron and i will never buy another leapfrog product.
