As any other supplement, results may vary from body to body, in my case two pills together at night helped me get rid of a cold and a sore throat that was lasting more than two weeks, maybe it is just me, but for the price and the nonexisting side effects it is worth the try, considering people take vitamin C when having a cold being cientifically demonstrated that vitamin C won't help you get cured, why not giving this a try being cientifically demonstrated that fights viruses, bacteria and candida at least in vitro?

Not sure how many stars to give this. I was taking 1 capsule per day whenever I thought I might be coming down with something and I stayed well. However, this past Sunday, I definitely started coming down with something, so I upped the dose to 2 capsules per day. That didn't seem to be helping so I actually had to go on the internet to discover that once you are sick, you should be taking at LEAST 3 capsules per day. Would have been VERY nice to know. But, this bottle has no directions, just a serving size which is one capsule. I've now been sick for 3 days and no end in sight, so not so sure this really works...
