Easy to clean
Iβve not used this for doing macarons yet but have used it for other baking and it cleans up great, things donβt stick to it and after 5 or 6 uses it still looks brand new. Well worth the price.

Makes macaron making easy
I already have a macaron mat as it is something that I make quite often, but this mat is different (and much better) because it has the circles imprinted but they have a raised lip on them which means the mixture stays in the circle much more easily. It is fine in the oven and washes easily. Good investment for perfect macarons.

Unfortunatelly it didn't go well...
I truly wish this matt has worked for me, but unfortunatelly it didn't.The size is great, the circles are perfect and it would allow me to bake 48 shells at once.But the first attempt of using it was frustrated - and I've been baking macarons successfully for a while.I gave it a second try another day and again the result was not good. On the pictures I show the difference between the macarons baked with this matt vs using a tray with baking parchment. It was the exact same batter, same day, same oven, time, everything.I am not using it anymore.

Nice product
I used to make macarons in baking paper, where I used to get macarons of dissimilar sizes. This macaron sheets are really helpful, now I am getting macarons of similar sizes. And it's very easy to clean. And macarons are coming out without sticking.

AMAZONGLY GOOD!
It has helped me so much, all of my macarons are now the same size! :DWhen I bought it I was afraid the macarons would stick on the mats and be hard to remove after baking, but not at all!I would definitely recommend it!

Don't recommend
Not a good experience. The macarons got stuck and we had to soak it overnight to be able to clean it. Also wasn't delivered with the little tool although advertised as coming along. I don't recommend at all.

Great mat!
If you try to achieve perfectly round macarons, this is the mat you should go for.
