Very Effective for a Solid Night's Sleep
This sleep aid is helping me get to sleep and stay asleep longer. I used to get up several times a night, but now I sleep straight through. It also gives you very vivid dreams! Highly recommend.

Very Good Product ...Previously when I tried melatonin I was always 'groggy' in the AM. So, I just didn't use it because i didn't like how long it took to be completely awake.However... after reading the Adrien Gagnon promise that their mematonin would not slow you down in the AM, i decided to give it a go.I now take it every night and i do sleep better and feel more rested upon waking.Furthermore... for men, melatonin is very helpful with keeping the prostate healthy...a big plus as men age.I'll continue to purchase ...
