I bought this for my husband as a Christmas gift a year ago, he wears this daily. He says that it fits great and best is he never has to worry about getting it wet because of the water resistance. Great purchase for the money

This watch is my second G-Shock watch that I have owned, the other is a DW 6900 (which I highly recommend) and I have put that watch through hell and back. So this watch has a lot to live up to and my initial impression is that it feels very well made and tough, as one would expect, the analog watch hands are highly visible and easy to read and the strap very feels nice. The digital display can be kinda hard to read at times but not impossible, and now on to everyone's biggest complaint: the backlight. The backlight lights up the analog hands just fine the problem with it is that when it comes to lighting up the digital display it does a very poor job, the bottom one gets even harder to read and the top display becomes impossible to read. So if you're using the analog hands to tell time the light will do a fine job, but if you use the display as your primary way to tell time then you're out of luck. Overall I'd highly recommend this watch to someone that wants an analog gshock watch

This is my second g shock. My first one is the gwg-1000 ( mudmaster). Although that watch has everything this is the watch I find myself wearing most of the time. It is a very interesting ga-110 model. I love how the orange hour and minute hands "pop" from the dark grey background. I also love how the date and day is a negative display. When I want to see it, it's there. Otherwise it blends in the background and does not distract from the hands. The matt grey band also stands up to "torturous" demands ( playing with a 100 pound dog). It doesn't scratch nor show any signs of being in a dogs mouth with its teeth biting it. If you are looking for a watch that is easy to read the time, this watch is for you. If you are looking for a watch that shows the digital display, this is not your watch. Get a watch with a positive bright digital display.

The watch is advertised as a 55mm and that is why I got it. It's not 55mm, it's 51mm. I ordered two different watches style , one 53mm and this one. The 53mm was bigger. I checked my purchases. Although it seems to be a good watch it's small., 51mm like the other two colors. To those that have no understanding of size dimensions who cares. Learn by trial and error. I like larger sized watches. This looks good but its small on a mans wrist. Good for a kid. Still gets 4 stars because its a fabulous and magnificent G - Shock. Looses a star because advertised incorrectly. Good watch though.

Amazing color scheme and built quality is fantastic! I really wanted to try G-Shock but with so many colors and variation makes it hard to choose, I ended my search with this model because the uber edgy cool looks, kinda sporty yet raw, I love how the orange and dark grey playout, I dont bother about others who complaint about the dimmed backlight or the hard to read display at night, because nowadays, I believe everyone having smartphones and at most time, our watch has become some sort of accessories, we have become so tied to our smartphone for almost everything, even just to glance at the time. So, no complaint about it from me, and to be honest, that orange dial is just perfect size and its definitely readable at night (with the backlight pressed). I'm very happy with this watch and I can say all of my friends wanted 1 for themselves! Oh, i bought this during Black Friday at USD92 only. good deal! thanks Amazon! <3 My wrist is not big and this watch perfectly fitted, please do not hesitate to get 1!

I love this watch. It's comfortable, feels great and looks very cool. The features are good and it's easy to operate. The buttons can be slightly difficult to push but I like that. I've had other watches with protruding buttons and my hand would press them when I bent my wrist. That's not a concern here.One thing I've seen a lot about concerning g shocks is the illumination. It is a small led that illuminates the face and hands. If all you want to do is check the analog time it works very well and looks amazing. If you want to see the lcd displays it is absolutely worthless. This doesn't concern me.This is my first g shock but it most certainly won't be my last. I love the looks and if they're half as tough as they're supposed to be I'll be impressed. Highly recommended.

Over all I love it. This is my first Gshock and it certainly won't be my last. I bought it for work and I wore it to work for the first time today and it was put through some more than average situations and got banged up a little. However looking at the watch you wouldn't be able to tell it had been through a hard day's work. I do have a few concerns that I would like to see be fixed in future Gshock, but they are minor things.
