Great for gumpaste!
I use a lot of cmc/tylose powder and so I wanted to try ordering larger amounts so I don't run out all the time. This stuff works great for gumpaste! The gumpaste I made with it doesn't tear and dries very hard. Great product for a great price

If you are making gum paste, it might not be the best product for it.
I bought this as substitute for gum paste tylose powder. It was advertised that it would work just as great. When I got it and I used my regular recipe, I found out that it doesn't add elasticity to the paste, nor makes it dry fast enough. I asked the seller for advice how I could use their product, but it has been more then 3 months without a response. I even bought a second package just to be sure. I would appreciate it, if there is a recipe that could be shared to make gum paste with this.
