Excellent, looks almost like a brand new phone but at a fraction of the cost. Has one very small dent above the changing point but not really noticeable. Ok so it’s not the latest incarnation, but that is not important to me.Phone is a big improvement on my old one. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy from here again when the time comes. Thanks

Arrived on time, nice phone, easy to use, although I did get a white one instead of red which was advertised but as long as it works which it does I am more than happy.

Product looked as new and was delivered well within estimated time. My only quibble was that there was no handbook or similar. But I knew it was refurbished - and it looks brand new! - so this is no real problem. Just means it will take me longer to find out all the many and varied things it will do!!

I brought the one in good condition and tbh I would have put it in extent myself can’t see a thing wrong it at all the condition of amazing. brought it for my son, amazing for a star phone battery life is 91% and chargers well very happy

Purchased this phone and all seemed to be going great untill the next day when this phone wouldn’t turn on!!! Wouldn’t charge or anything. Iv sent the phone back recorded and signed for and still not heard anything back regarding a new phone being sent out or a refund!!! Poor excuse of contact or customer servies
