I started with just one capsule an hour or two before bed and I’ve never felt the need to use more. My sleep is much better. I stay asleep and the noises that use to wake me up no longer do. My wife can even get out of bed and I’m completely unaware. I also noticed I don’t need to pee in the middle of the night. I emailed Pure for a copy of the COA (certificate of analysis) with my lot number and sure enough they will provide it which shows the lab testing results. They contract with MD’s to sell these products which makes me think they are serious about having a high quality product. My wife says I’m more relaxed throughout the day. Less high strung. I feel it too. Highly recommended but start with one and go from there.

I think I really love magnesium glycinate. Who knew? I swear it acts like an antidepressant. It does make me calmer. I realize my lows are not that low. I do sleep better. I'm not sweating the small stuff to death ✌️ And it helps with muscle and working out so, yeah. Try it You got nothing to lose.

I nerve issues in my arm and it always wakes me up in the middle of the night all numb and painful. I started taking 2 a night to start with, I’m now in the 3rd week of taking them every night. These are amazing! I now only take 1 pill at night time instead of 2, I no longer wake up in the middle of the night in pain. I highly recommend if you have pinch nerves that keep you up at night!

After ordering, I noticed a stack of 1-star reviews. It seems that perhaps there was a bad batch, or perhaps Amazon is selling mislabeled or tampered with items? If I had seen those reviews before ordering, I might not have ordered. But I wanted to start today and Amazon has same-day delivery.I ordered 2 bottles, one for home one for the office. When I first opened my package, it wasn't promising. The bottles had no external plastic wrap around them. But the bottles did have a seal top, and it looked original and untampered with. And the capsules looked per expected. So, I'm hoping I got good product.I was taking a different brand. It was only 100 mg per capsule, this is 120. The other brand has stearate and this doesn't. So it should be good.

I tried this brand for the first time after reading positive reviews online. This item wasn't too costly so I decided to just try it. I started taking 2 capsules (240 mg) before sleeping which made me sleep well but I would stay groggy and needed more sleep the next day. I reduced the dose to just 1 capsule and this worked well for me. I have dealt with sleep issues- I used to stay up awake lying in the bed but now I sleep easily an hour after taking it. Clearly, the ingredients are good quality that even a 120 mg dose of pure encapsulations Mg works better than other brand's 200+mg doses. It also helps with my DOMS cramps after working out.
