This tea kettle works great and looks really nice on my stove. It heats up quickly, and the whistle is loud enough to hear from another room. I love that the handle stays cool, and the silicone mitt that comes with it is a nice touch.It holds a good amount of water and feels very sturdy. I’m really happy with this purchase!

This is a really nice-looking, hefty teapot that does what a teapot should. It boils water quickly, lets you know when it's ready and doesn't scald you when you pour. I get a lot of compliments on it and considered it a good value for what I paid. However, the quality of the teapot doesn't compare to the quality of the customer service. I bought this in November mainly for tea-drinking guests so I normally keep it dry. I was making tea last week and noticed that there was rust on the inside around the perimeter in one spot. I was well past the Amazon return window so I contacted the Susteas seller directly and frankly didn't expect much. The responded the next day, asking for pictures which I sent immediately. To which they responded almost immediately with apologies and said they would send a replacement. The replacement arrived the next day! It was crazy good customer service. I now love my little teapot even more!

Heats up pretty quick, looks good with my other red appliances and feels well made and is easy to clean unlike electric kettles

I had a black tea kettle that was the same brand as this one previously and LOVED it! The black is more of a matte finish whereas this is glossier. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because it came scratched, (see the very bottom towards the center), and because the shade of green is off. It’s still pretty, though. Be sure to read the instruction manual it came with if you want to get the most bang for your buck and you want it to last longer. Overall, it’s a great tea kettle and can hold a lot.

Nice kettle. Been using several months now. Looks good on the counter top. No sign of any rust or oxidation, not sure where those reviews were coming from.

Great kettle! Looks stylish, boils water quickly, comfortable handle doesn't get hot. A nice bonus is the silicone glove. I recommend it!

Good but has issues. Second one I've purchased because the piece that makes the whistle sound has broken off of both of the ones I've purchased. I've ordered in white and black...I use it for coffee and tea in the morning so I don't know why this piece keeps breaking off. It's a good kettle and I'm considering replacing it but the design or workmanship needs some work so pieces stop breaking off.
