Best design and practical use

Bought this station as we have 2 dogs 1 medium and 1 large dog and this is a great raised unit for them both to feed from. The bowl sizes are a great size and with the storage compartment underneath its overall great. Build quality is good and doesn't slide around and flex when my dogs use this. Unlike other previous design bowl raises we have had.For the costs this is a great option and I would definitely recommend. Both my dogs love this.

Great pet feeding station!

This looks very smart compared to our old dog bowls and mat and it seems to have stopped our dog spilling his kibble over the floor. I did spray the feeding station with clear matt varnish before we used it though, as I was concerned that it might be bare (untreated) wood, which would stain over time. The drawers beneath the unit are handy to store pouches of dog treats. We are very impressed with this, considering the reasonable price tag.

Nice nice.

I like this design is cool and bowl is a really good size but it's far far to low for my Border collie so I put my own bowl on the top of that and it's OK now 😜👌

Fantastic

Over the moon with this. I was unsure whether it would be too high for him but when reading other reviews decided to try.He was unsure at first, but loves it, not having to bend down, no bowl moving all over the kitchen. The drawers are so handy, we have his treats in one side & his toothbrush & grooming tools in other one.The metal bowls are huge, love the box/design.Just need to find some chalk to put his name on the bone at front of box.Highly recommend this item, so impressed with it.Would be nice to see the single bowled one have a drawer on it aswell.Really happy with the price aswell.

Perfect for labrador

Beautiful dog bowl set. Much bigger than I anticipated (double small) which is great. Perfect for my 4 year old working breed labrador. Most likely will need treated to last like any wooden products on the market but that's easily done. It looks great and it's fantastic quality for the price.

Mixed opinions

This raised feeder with storage came for my aging gsd, whilst is cute, it’s not very practicalPlus points, it’s got fair size metal bowls ( but to pay over £30 for 2 bowls is steep! )The storage drawers are pretty much useless, as you can see from the picture, it won’t hold a small can of food, and as for dry food, not a lot as the drawers aren’t deepIt’s basically cheap pallet wood or likes ofAnd when it gets wet ( which it will, with a slobbery gsd ) it 100% won’t stand the test of time, and the “wood will warp”I’d say perfect for an ankle bitter ( min pin, yorkie etc ) I’d say min pin as my daughter has oneA nice idea, and would be good with a few tweaksBut if your looking for a storage feeder, I’d look elsewhereJust looking cute wont mean it will do the job

Brilliant Bowls

Now...this seems like a strange rambling intro into why we bought these for our dogs but we have a cat that suddenly started to vomit her food back up, almost as soon as she'd eaten it. She'd been fine up until this point...she's 2 years old. Anyway, I went through the usual things...deflead, wormed, solitary feeding (we have a ginger teenaged yob of a cat that we thought may have been the cause) but that didn't work. When consulting Google (the vets said wait for a couple of weeks and if it continued, to bring her in!) I discovered that some cats, large cats especially, can suffer from reflux. Now, our Luna is HUGE...think she is part bengal so she is big....3 foot long when fully stretched...and I noticed that she was at a really awkward angle when eating with the top part of her body and her head sloping downward so I figured changing her bowl wouldn't hurt. So I opted for a raised and tilted one so she wasn't going to have to overstretch or stoop to feed. It has been a success so bought one for each of the cats now as we have a very elderly cat so she shouldn't have to stoop to feed, bless her, as well as the ginger hooligan...who, frankly, does not give a rodent's posterior what he eats out of...or what he eats, to be honest. Anyway, in researching about the cat, I discovered that certain breeds of dogs can have a similar problem and our dogs, Jack Russell/Poodles, are short in the front so they slope down too...and do have a reflux problem quite frequently at times. I chose these bowls because they were well priced and I liked the idea of them being made in an eco friendly way. In the 6 weeks we have had them, the only time there has been something rather revolting making a reappearance has been when they have been unsupervised in the garden and have done some...er....'cleaning' of some kind! Definitely worth changing to a raised bowl....
