The Mango Chili flavor of LMNT is hands down my favorite—it seriously tastes like Mexican candy, which makes staying hydrated so much more fun. The flavor is bold and delicious, with just the right balance of sweet, salty, and a little kick.I’ve found that mixing one packet with 40 oz of water is the perfect ratio—not too strong, but still super flavorful and hydrating. It gives that satisfying, quenched feeling without being overpowering. Very tasty! I ordered the grapefruit, and use a full packet in my 32oz bottle. It’s salty, but after a few sips I get used to it. I also am not sure if it all dissolves as it should, because upon refilling my bottle in the afternoon, there’s still quite a bit of flavor. Either way, I’m definitely more hydrated and haven’t had many “afternoon slumps” since doing a pack a day for the last 2 weeks. I am definitely ordering more.

I absolutely love this flavor as well as the entire LMNT line. I drink it after hot yoga or a day at the beach/pool. It is super hydrating and I definitely notice a difference. I actually look forward to drinking electrolytes now which has always felt like more of a chore.

I love this flavor. I add the juice of half a lemon and or lime and it's actually really good. The other flavors really are just too sweet for me.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:my trainer uses it and recommended it to me. The product is great. However, it was packed in a soft pack and the box they came in was obliterated.

I found out about this electrolyte drink through someone in a Facebook group.I tried another brand before this one and it felt carbonated and I didn’t like it. The flavors for this drink is really good. My only complaint is, it can be really salty. After several tries, I started to put it in 32oz (I think?) water bottles, shaking it really well, and then shaking again the next day before drinking. It could probably be even better if I mixed it with more water. If you get a little piece of it that didn’t mix I think that’s what makes it salty.The flavors are good. I’m trying to get used to flavors like this that seem fake (like a candy flavored drink versus something fresh) since I’m so used to tea and coffee only. It doesn’t dissolve that easy so just make sure you shake your bottle well. I’m not sure how easy it would be for just a stir.

I’d have to say this is the best one out there. I love the Raspberry salt. Makes me feel like I’m doing something good for myself. Lots of good flavors.

I love LMNT!!! I used to get headaches from not drinking enough water during the day. Since I started adding this to my water my headaches have gone away.
