After 12-14 days of taking Vitamin B-Complex, It was easier for me to sleep, not a incredible amount but i Definity felt a difference. And i felt more and more energy at work as days past on. This Vitamin definitely changed my mood, and fatigue too which helped me do more things in my daily life.

I have been taking these supplements for almost 2 weeks now. The kicker, the first day upon taking 1/2 a caplet with some kefir, within 15 min I could feel them working! I had more sustained, focused, calm energy vs scattered jittery energy and I also felt more upbeat than usual, happy for no reason and they did not bother my stomach either! I have since upped them to 1/2 in am and 1/2 at noon before a meal to help in digestion, my pee still turned bright yellow regardless, which just means that I have utilized all my body needs and the rest filters out through my urine. I have not taken before bedtime as I feel like that would prevent a good nights sleep due to the energy boost you get from them. I have done much research on vitamin B complex and this product is very high quality and really works. I recently had my genetic code read, and I am one of the "lucky" ones to inherit a gene that renders me to be Vitamin B12 deficient. What is worse, is that I am mainly vegetarian, so that deficiency becomes much more severe. I have always had Vitamin B deficient symptoms (e.g. constipation, periodic mood swings, pale skin, itchy skin, random rashes breaking out etc...), and never thought it was mainly due to a genetic cause. It pays to get your DNA ancestry tested and then upload the raw genetic code to Promethease.I tried out this product about a month ago from a friend, and recently purchased a bottle for myself not too long ago from here. ALL of my symptoms stopped after about 2-3 weeks. ALL of them. I hate to be graphic, but if a normal person ate three huge bowls of oatmeal a day, all that fiber would flush you out, right? Well, it did NOTHING for me. All the exercise, being super active, eating high insoluble-based foods did not stop the intestinal issues. This little vitamin did. Everything magically changed. My skin is much more radiant, I feel more stable, I don't randomly scratch like a flea-infested dog... This really did help.It is unfortunate I have to take this supplement for the rest of my life, but I'd rather take this then to be stuck with something like Crohn's disease or some other horrible medical malady that stems from Vitamin B deficiency. I just hope it is not too late, but I am happy I am making the right decision to do something.
