Lycopene has many benefits and should be a part of a healthy diet. I recommend these if you want lycopene without eating cooked tomato products. Cooked tomato products are the richest source of Lycopene, but not everyone wants to eat tomato sauce every day. Honestly, Lycopene has many amazing health benefits. It's good but not the most necessary thing to take. Most men's multivitamins have this in it already. If you want a larger dose here it is! It's good for prostate and slight inflammation.
