I have to replenish what is missing, cancer takes so much out of you, then treatments even more. I won’t absorb much of anything without Betaine HCI + Pepsin. Side effects are none to mild. Quality is good so I already have another bottle. Remember all, B-1 is your most important (hence the number) to have in your arsenal. All the B’s are in the capsule. You know they work because if you forget to take them your brain will remind you… “forgetting something?” Thanks

I like them so much, I now purchase every vitamin my body needs . . . IF they produce it. Their products are priced right, last a loooong time, do their job & are easy to swallow. I've suggested them to friends & family since it takes time & money to know exactly which product to buy. A life-time customer, I couldn't be more pleased with B Complex! And even more thrilled they're in capsule form, making for EASY swallowing!

The Gel caps go down easy enough but can be intimidating. I really fell better since taking this supplement. My hair seems to fall out less, feels slightly thicker and I have been able to fall asleep easier when I take this in the afternoon. It may not be this supplement but since I do not believe in coincidences, I am sticking with my belief. I tend to have negative reactions to many supplements. I can at least take this with no negative reaction. I will continue to order this product, at least for now.

I had a very difficult pregnancy that abruptly ended at 29 weeks. Luckily my baby made it. However, postpartum, I was sincerely low on energy and it was not the regular new mom struggle. It was deeper than that. My vitals were so low I needed a blood transfusion. This could have been due to how anemic I became during pregnancy so after having my baby I had nothing. I needed to turn this around immediately because I now had two kids to take care of. I already knew of the benefits on B vitamins but needed a product that would deliver. I decided to try this brand and I can honestly tell you that this one supplement alone made a difference in my energy level. It took about 2 weeks for me to really feel a noticeable difference but there was a difference. I am also glad that this is water soluble (shows up as bright yellow urine) so I can take at anytime and not always have to worry about taking it with a meal.

This is the best working B complex vitamin that I’ve tried! I can feel the difference and it has the specific B’s in absorbable formulations.

It hasn't been very long but I can already tell I have more energy and I'm able to focus on multiple tasks again! My chiropractor told me to take them for all the benefits!! It does turn your urine a crazy bright yellow, so don't be alarmed, lol. It's just the excess leaving your body. :) Great amount for the price, easy to swallow and no flavor that I can tell.

These seem to be a benefit in our vitamin regimen. My husband has been on a B Complex vitamin ever since he had an episode with Bell's Palsy and it seems to be doing the trick so far, there has not been another episode thus far. These do provide a boost of energy in my opinion, so that is always a plus. I did seem to have a slight flushing reaction due to the B3 (niacin) but it was not terrible by any means. I now wait about 1/2 hour after I eat my lunch to take them instead of taking them as I eat lunch and that has seemed to help. We love the supplements this company supplies and we love the company as well!!
