Brilliant Macbook Pro
Received the MacBook without issue and it was packaged extremely well. I was dubious about buying a renewed item however, after opening the device I shouldn’t have worried. The MacBook was in excellent condition as described. The specs were exactly as advertised. The screen was immaculate, the speakers are bassy and booming. Only slight on it I can tell is that the case which it has been refurbished in isn’t the original apple one but possibly a third party as there are very minor imperfections and it isn’t as refined as you would expect from apple. However, if this saves on cost and everything inside is working as expected with official replacements where needed, I am happy with that. It is fast, no lag and connects to other products in the eco-system flawlessly as you would expect. The MacBook may be from 2019 but the i7 and 16gb if ram will power though almost everything that you throw at it for years to come which is great. It has a serial number and after investigating, it is unique to this MacBook. Overall, I am very impressed with this product and would buy a refurb again.

Bought a excellent refurbished Apple laptop.
I got a 2019 MacBook Pro refurbished and in excellent condition. The item is as good as new. No scratches what so ever. If it was boxed in original box I would have thought it was brand new. Works as well as it looks cosmetically. Great bang for buck.

Excellent quality
The media could not be loaded. Fully works all functionality, in good enough quality. Had a problem with the charger, but the seller quickly replaced it for me and now everything works great

Super fast next day delivery. Mint condition - there is one extremely small scratch on outer shell that no one except the owner would ever notice but other than that its like new. The screen is perfect. Battery life is very good. Its a US rather than UK keyboard which was a surprise but fully functional and no different other than slightly smaller Return key and you need to hold down the Option and 3 key when requiring a £ sign.This is an excellent MacBook Pro and in great condition! Thanks.

Most regrettable purchase
Refurbished laptop broke after 8 weeks and had problems returning it for refund. I won’t be buying a refurbished laptop again.

Macbook pro 16" 2019
The look of the macbook pro in space grey looks amazing along with its build quality. The refurbished item was sold with a condition of excellent but exceeded this and looked brand new. Great value for money and would buy again.
