These are great because they are minis. Much easier to swallow then those huge vitamins. They are an excellent brand vitamin. They have made my hair thicker, my nails longer and just an all-around feeling of more energy. Highly recommend.

Like the mini size even though I have to take two instead of one but that’s my decision. Seems to work but then again how does a person know how well a vitamin does for your body unless you have lab’s before you start taking a vitamin and then labs again months after you have been taking the vitamins. Kind af hard to review vitamins just take because I know I should and have always taken vitamins since I was a sickly little girl and I’m 64 years old now so why stop. I would recommend these vitamins just because. Easy to swallow instead of the bigger pill.

These are so much better than normal size capsules, which are difficult for many people to swallow. The minis go down easily. Also, I can now take both at once or one in the morning and one in the evening, which I prefer. It's much better overall to have an even distribution throughout the day.
