I'm a single dude living in an apartment with an elderly cat. He sometimes eats too fast and drinks too fast, the food expands and he pukes. I got tired of soaking the puke spots up, scrubbing the floors and having that nagging feeling that the carpets would never be truly clean, so one day I read dozens of reviews of small carpet cleaners. This one stood out above the rest, so I bought it with speedy Prime shipping.The full-sized Bissel Green Monster might be the best option for a larger house or a cleaning business, but this one is just the right size for me. I can spot-clean all over the place, and the reservoir is big enough that I had no problem basically deep-cleaning my whole apartment's carpets off a couple tanks of liquid. The spray I use also disinfects whatever you're cleaning, but there are loadsa spray options out there for different scenarios; I'd suggest picking one or two and ordering those alongside this carpet cleaner.One time we had a little water leak at my job, pipe burst and a room's rug was about a third soaked before we could stop it. I brought this carpet cleaner in an hour later and sucked all that water right up! It was dry in no time, might've taken an entire day and a couple heaters left on overnight to dry up otherwise. Kinda rug that a towel can't really dry up. Definitely would've gotten mildewy and gross, and because of this, we were able to use that room again for business shortly after.This pulled up so much dirt that my fancy vacuum cleaner couldn't suck up, it's unreal how effective this is at cleaning a carpet or even mattress. I thought my place was fairly clean, but this took it to the next level. I've used it on and off for over a year now, I think, and it hasn't failed me. I get the feeling I'll be using it for many years to come - seems built to last. A vacuum cleaner is the first big cleaning appliance I'd recommend people buy, but a nice carpet cleaner is #2, and I can vouch for this one. 👍

Remember back in the day when cleaning your carpets involved going to the store and renting a massive, cumbersome device?? Well those days are thankfully long gone, cause of things like this!Now sure, if you are trying to do a house wide carpet cleaning of every inch, this probably isn't what you want to use....I mean, it technically COULD, it would just take a long time. The real sweet spots for this puppy are for isolated stains, vehicle detailing, and other small to midsize work.It's incredibly easy to use, and not heavy at all! It comes with a couple different head attachments for short & long carpets, as well as a couple sampler bottles of different types of soap. I do wish the hose was just a bit longer, but for it's compact size I understand why it couldn't be.I have included pictures of a big ugly dark spot that was in the carpet of my truck...it was no match! This is an excellent little cleaner and I look forward to using it for years to come!

The Bissel Little Green Pro is great quality for the price. As a mom and pet owner, I wish I’d bought one years ago. I’ve used it to clean my car’s light-colored upholstery with excellent results (I did hit that with a spray-on stain remover first). It also took old stains out of a mattress we cleaned after a stomach bug incident.It’s worth noting that this unit is NOT suitable for cleaning a large space, such as a whole room of carpet. I was able to do all of my car’s upholstery on one tank of cleaning solution. However for items like my queen mattress that are more absorbent, I went through 2 tanks.I personally don’t find this to be too heavy, and I can carry it with one hand when full. I do find I have to put in some elbow grease at times to get the best suction level.The bottom line here is if you need something portable and easy to use for occasional kid and/or pet messes, this is a great pick.

This Bissell Little Green Pro has become my go-to for tackling stubborn stains on my car seats and living room carpet. The suction power is genuinely impressive for such a compact unit, and it successfully removed some old coffee stains I thought were permanent. Setup is straightforward and the included tools work well for different situations - the 3" tool is perfect for tight spots while the deep stain tool handles larger areas effectively. The main downsides are that it's noticeably louder than I expected and the hose feels a bit short when working on car interiors, forcing me to move the unit around frequently. Also, for really large areas it would take forever since you're working in small sections. Despite these minor annoyances, the cleaning results speak for themselves and make it worth the investment.

This is the BEST spot treatment cleaner. I've literally had to use it on 1/4 of my carpet when my dog had the runs in the middle of the night. It did take a while but it got the job done. I bought this originally to clean my kids spills and mess on my couch and it cleaned up everything except one really, really bad stain. But this thing is amazing! Easy to move, even when the tank is full of clean water and dirty water. It took me a second to figure out the draining part but other than that I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Very nice machine. Probably made with the exact same motor (acc. to Bissell) as the Commercial variant with the yellow cord. I got that one instead, however, so I cannot comment on how well this one works (never used it). All I can say is it seemed pretty much comparable to the commercial big green little green spot remover, and (again) was told by the company that it's the same motor. The plastic tanks are marginally thinner, however, as is the cord, but otherwise seems about the same.
