Wow its like magic - they can't eat it fast enough
The bees can't eat it fast enough. Key point - pour or spray on top or dip in water just before you set it over the cluster. The bees went for it. In the Spring, my bees were in a dearth and very grumpy, but the whole tenner of the hive went from AAAAA! to a hushed aaaaahhh when set it on the top of the frames. Now I keep an extra box on hand for emergency drought situations.

The bees loved it!
The bees loved it! Installed in late winter to make sure the bees had some extra nutrients to get them going strong into spring, especially since we had to leave town for a couple weeks and couldn't monitor their sugar syrup or honey levels. still a little bit left in the bag here in April, so one bag per hive would probably last an entire winter and is a good insurance policy against potential starvation

Great product. Amazon packaging was not good.
This product is tried and true. I love it for winter feeding. Amazon just threw it in a box. Anyone who buys this knows it must lay flat. Amazon had it stuffed and bunched up. Had to flatten it for a day before I could store in freezer for use when needed.

My bees LOVE this!
The media could not be loaded. It's absolutely amazing how much my bees love love love love this stuff. I just cut a rectangle in the front center of the package, flip it upside down and they immediately come to it. I think that this is supposed to last a couple months, maybe, I'm not positive, but ours lasts a couple weeks, so I get two! Don't misunderstand, it isn't the amount of product in the package, it's that they LOVE it SO MUCH.

A great hive booster
This is one of those go to products to get the bees through that last bit of winter and prepare the hive for the February/March winter dearth until nectar and pollens become available. I'm hopeful that this will decrease my hive mortality rate and I'll have strong hives ready for spring splits to rebuild my apiary.

Easy Feeding Option
Our bees love this. Easiest way to feed them in the winter. We had a weak hive and I think this was the reason they survived.
