Great probiotic. I can definitely tell when I am off of it, or if I have missed a dose. I used to have bad stomach problems and frequent bloating, but this combined with a fiber supplement has really helped me with regularity, has eliminated bloating and essentially removed stomach cramps. I think everybody should be on this supplement for the general wellbeing and quality of everyday life! Very effective, works as I wanted it to!

It puts the good bacteria in your stomach and helps your digestive system, run smoothly and even stop you from being bloated and I do believe maybe cuts a few pounds of weight. Good product.

Amazing. I had tried yogurt drinks, as well as other probiotics, to small success. Then I got this, and it’s made a world of difference. I find it works better taken before bed. Don’t know why. But I feel so much better. No bloated feeling, all around healthier gut. I’m a huge fan after just a couple months.

UPDATE: I wanted to make an update to my review because the customer service for this company is amazing. I have never felt more cared for by a company. I wish that I could have had a good experience with this product but unfortunately my body did not take well to it. Just beware when you are trying these products. If you feel off, stop taking them. But I truly do appreciate the time the customer service team took to reach out to me and make sure I was okay. So for that, I have changed my rating from 1 star to 3. Thank you Physician’s Choice Customer Service Team for being amazing people.I have been taking these for about 4 days now. Second day in, i COULD NOT poop. at all. I had the worst stomach cramps of my life (i was also getting my period that day but i have NEVER had cramps that bad to where i cannot move). third day i had a fever of 101.1 and could not move. fourth day (today) i was fine in the morning before taking the pill but i took the pill again to see what was going on, if i had the flu or if it was this pill, and it is this pill. i have a fever of 101.3 now. DO NOT TAKE THESE PILLS.
