The product is fine; customer support is not
The containers are fine as far as appearance and functionality goes. I did have a question, however, as to whether the plastic contained di-2-ethylhexyl phthalate [DEHP], a lingering concern associated with many food storage containers as well as other plastics. It was a civil and legitimate question. The response I received from support@vtopmart.net, in its entirety, was "They don't have. They are food grade!" [1] Being labeled 'food grade' does not mean it's toxic free and [2] there was no reason to be sarcastic implying I don't know what food grade means. I returned a reply stating their comment was not well received. That was on 03MAY2025. No further communication from support has been received to date. Those few ill chosen words with attitude is enough for me to return the product.

Best for dry goods organization
Great Customer Service thankfully because 3 containers came broken.Instead of returning the whole set, I reached out to the company and they refunded a fair price for the broken containers.I do wish the containers were straight sided but it’s not make or break. They bought these because during the attic blast we had, I saw markings for a mouse and I FREAKED out LOL.Hubby thinks I’m silly but I have everything in a container pretty much now. These work great for storing food in packages and dry goods. I would use them in the fridge or with wet foods personally.If you’re looking to be organized these are good containers.

Organization in full effect
Obsessed with organization, best buy for you. These containers are what you called "longer lasting". I used the small ones as lunch plates but the big ones I used to organize my pantry.
