As someone who was on the fence, this worked. I will say they did have a bad odor and my toddler didn’t want to eat it, so I did have to dissolve it in some water and put it in a drink for him. Nevertheless, it did the job and gave him relief. Very easy to use and not invasive like other options on the market for this issue.

Got these for my toddler granddaughter and the price was a good price. She don’t mind to chew them because they have the more of a candy flavor in them so it’s easy for her to take them and don’t have no nasty taste to them.

Not Cramp Free. about 45 minutes after I ate two for an adult dose, I felt like I had eaten taco bell, White Castle Cheese Sliders and got some Wendy's spicy nuggets with Ghost Pepper sauce and Ghost Pepper Ranch. Was not a gentle experience like the package says.

My daughter is constantly constipated, and so I thought a light stool softer would help. This product was only taken twice, last week, and mu daughter has had diarrhea several times since then. I'm throwing this away, it is absolutely awful on her tummy and should be removed from the market.
