These bags are excellent - anything bigger and they would be impossible for 1 person (other than a weightlifter) to move once full. I struggle to lift when it's full with grass cuttings to the top of the compost heap for emptying. My lawnmower's collector is meant to be 57 litres and I can get 4 or 5 of them into these bags and still be able to move them.Quality is pretty good, although they've only got 1 handle at the bottom whereas my old ones had 2. The "knit" also seems slightly less dense, but no tears so far and they've been used extensively. Happy customer!

Large, heavy duty. Excellent for storing garden waste between bin colllections when clearing large area!They do get pretty heavy though so be careful if you're filling them to the top!

Got these for garden waste, brilliant large bags, and very well made with thick material.The handle is of a good length and you can thread a piece of material through to enable it to stand on it's own and retain the circular shape without having to hold it open !!

These bags were put into use straight away for timber from a felled dead tree. They were strong and well constructed.If, like me, the capacity in litres is not very helpful, here is some useful info. The diameter of the bags with their support strips inserted is 28 inches and the depth is also about 28 to 29 inches. Putting it rather crudely, they are short and fat although it does not look like this in the illustration. In fact this shape is very good for prunings and branches as they do not have to be cut very short to fit in. The handles are stitched in with a reinforcing patch of fabric on the back and resisted well the heavy loads I was carrying. At the bottom on one side there is an auxiliary handle which is very useful for carrying if both hands are needed and particularly for tipping the contents out. Note that depending on whether you are right or left handed, it is best to carry the loaded bag with the bottom handle on the opposite side to your dominant hand.

Great heavy duty bags for garden waste. The only drawback there is only one handle on one side of the bag near the bottom. I have purchased other similar bags which a handle either side at the bottom which considerably aids picking up the bags when full to take to our refuse site which has a bar above waist height which you have to lift the bags over to empty.

Thicker than I expected for the price. Feeding the edge support round is simple enough, but some may find it not necessary. Decent capacity for hedge-trimmings, can be loaded into the estate if not over-filled, for a short trip to the tip (rather than annual payment for a green wheelie bin). The handles make emptying a breeze.
