We got this for our dad, for when we go out to eat. The chairs at many restaurants are often pretty hard, and the wooden chairs are hard on his body and spine. Our dad is 80 years old. He absolutely LOVES THIS SEAT CUSHION. The cushion is so wonderful that we now can't go anywhere without it. We keep it in the back of the car; if we go into a restaurant and we've forgotten the cushion, I go back to the car to get it, because I know how much my dad loves this cushion. Without it, my dad cannot sit for very long. Today when we went out to eat, my dad remarked, sitting on the wooden chair, "I can sit here twice as long now, because I have this cushion." I'll be buying another cushion for my sister to keep in her car, so that no matter which car we travel in, we'll be sure to have the cushion! Our dad has now been using this cushion for one year, and he still remarks on how wonderful the cushion is. It prevents my dad from experiencing pain. It supports his spine. It is a perfect size. It is comfortable and does not lose its supportive shape. The handle on the side of the cushion is great; it makes it easy to carry the cushion from the car to restaurant, without having to awkwardly cradle the cushion to carry it. GREAT CUSHION, and a good value for the money. This is money well spent.

We had two long, driving trips scheduled. A few weeks before we had to go, my back flared up again. I went to PT and got back in shape but I was afraid that sitting in the car for hours would bing back the pain. I did some research and decided on this pillow. By using it and stopping for walks ever 100 or so miles, I made both trips pain free. I keep it in the back seat now. It is well made.

Ordered for office chair at work. It's great to relieve the stress points, and all the things it's designed to do. My only issue is the fabric cover. I'm wearing skirts/skorts at work, and the fabric is Itchy scratchy on the back of my thighs. If I'd known, I may have chosen another, or reordered the one I had already (another brand entirely)Why did you pick this product vs others?:Reasonable cost, paid more for another I use, but reviews were good for this, and my insurance would not cover this one. Prior purchase of similar item a few years back w/different insurance at a different company.

Bought for my boyfriend, and he's beyond thankful! He has pain in one leg and hip. Lately, it's become worse. He works on his feet, but also spends about half of his time driving or flying. Got this hoping it might help. He is sleeping better at night because it's taken so much pain away! He calls it a "lifesaver". Would never have thought a butt pillow would make such a difference. Seems to be good quality as well, but it's still new. Highly recommend!

I bought the large size in march, 2025, but subsequently misplaced it in the house before opening it until today, June 1, 2025. I wanted it to boost me higher in my 2017 Tahoe. The seat in my husband’s older Tahoe seems to adjust higher, need to see over hood better. As far as the thickness it’s fine, but maybe NOT as thick as indicated. HOWEVER, it isn’t really deep enough from front to back to be really comfortable for use on top of the driver’s captain’s (bucket) chair. I could order the XL or XXL, but I don’t need it to be also thicker. So I will search more. I’m sure the size is fine for use on many desk chairs or on bleachers. It is fairly squishy, not firm, and it’s not contoured (thickness) as pic implies. It’s just flat with the rounded shape and leg cut-outs. Also I don’t think the offered back pad is practical (nor likely comfortable) for use in the driver’s seat unless you are really SHORT/SMALL. I’m 5’5”.

I just received this yesterday and am liking it a lot! The cushion is perfectly hard to bear my weight and not go limp and soft to not put unnecessary pressure on my bottom. I don't feel any pressure on my tail bone which is the most important trait of this cushion. I am able to sit for very long hours on my gaming chair. I will update the review in a few months based on how it fares over the time.

I bought two. Just had an opportunity to use one on a long road trip. At the end of day 1, my back and right leg were killing me. I used the cushion and no more issues for the rest of the five day road trip.I also use one for work. Not the way it used to be supposed to be. As a knee pad. Perfect for that as well as I do electrical work.

This product seems to work well for me, I am in the early stages of using it. The cushion needs to be a little bigger in size, the thickness is good. I had back surgery a while ago and have lower back pain. my job requires me to sit a lot . I think this product will help me quit a bit.Thank You.
