this is the clarifying shampoo i was looking for!! it’s cheaper than most clarifying shampoos but does the job equally if not better than them, and I must say, it deserves every bit of its five-star rating! As someone with curly hair, I often use eco gels and heat protectants that can lead to product buildup over time. This shampoo has been a massive changer for me in my hair care. Its gentle yet an extremely effective formula that not only cleanses my scalp but also soothes it, thanks to the apple cider vinegar and Collodoial Oat. After using it, my hair felt refreshed and light due to no residue left behind from my products. I love how it enhances my natural curls making them bouncy while keeping them healthy and shiny. If you're looking for a shampoo that works to all hair types and effectively removes buildup, whilst having smelling amazing I highly recommend all of you giving this one a try.

It made my hair feel extremely clean and soft, no residue and easy wash out, I double shampooed with it and used no conditioner though, as that’s what’s best for my hair so it doesn’t go greasy or weird. (😭😭💓) This is the day after wash day, and so far my hair’s is still going strong and feeling non-greasy and clean! It’s extremely cheap for how good it is as well, only £4!

I purchased this shampoo to help reduce dryness of the scalp which other well known shampoo brands have failed to achieve.I am aware of the effectiveness of the brand for skin applications/moisturisers, as such I thought I would see how effective it is on the hair and scalp.Firstly, the product is a reasonable sized bottle and for about the £5.30 price point (at time of purchase), I find it to be competitive pricing against the well known high street retailers which i have seen in excess of the £8 region.The product does perform pretty well. It has a really nice, clean and pleasant scent to it which is enough to give a nice odour to the hair once dried but isn't to over powering.You don't need a great deal of product to achieve a good lather and a good coverage over the full scalp. I then allow the shampoo to sit for a minute or 2 before rinsing. I repeat the process twice to maximum effectiveness.I did find that the product did help reduce dryness of both the scalp and hair but in no way is it 100% effective and for me it is necessary to condition after using an alternative brand.The bottle is an easy use " snap " style lid that can easily be operated one handed in the shower and once closed the lid achieves a tight seal. I have knocked this shampoo over several times and taken away in over night bags and have had no leakages.For reference I male with medium length hair and I use this daily and expect the bottle to last several weeks before needing to order more.I would be happy to recommend the product and will likely order again.

Bought this on a TikTok Hairdresser recommendation and I will never go to another shampoo. Do a double cleanse with this and your hair and scalp are squeaky clean. No irritation as it's such a mild formula. I've had problems with eczema on my scalp in the past year and this has helped keep a flare up at bay.

My fine, easily-greasy hair usually wilts after 48 hours, but one wash with this lifts the build-up and leaves it light, swishy and glossy. The apple scent is fresh rather than vinegary and vanishes once hair is dry. It’s sulphate-free, pH-balanced and contains colloidal oats, so my sometimes-itchy scalp feels calm, not stripped. The 300 ml bottle lasts because a 10 p-sized blob gives a decent lather; it often drops to £6-ish on offer, which makes the cost per wash hard to beat. If you need a clarifier that won’t upset sensitive skin or coloured ends, this is a safe bet.

I’ve been using Aveeno products for about a year now because of my sensitive skin and eczema, and they’ve always worked really well for me. This was my first time trying the Apple Cider Vinegar Shampoo and I’m really impressed.It has a fresh, clean scent and left my hair feeling light, soft, and refreshed. My scalp can get irritated easily, but this didn’t cause any itching or dryness at all. It gave a good cleanse without being harsh, and my hair didn’t feel stripped afterwards. Definitely something I’d repurchase.

Wow, this really works!The back of my shoulder length hair has been frizzy for years, yeah just the back, weird.I thought it was some weird menopausal thing or something but recently saw a video where it was explained that frizz can actually be because of product build up, and you need to strip the hair, then put moisture back in.So I looked for a clarifying shampoo and plumped for this one.One use and a whack of banana conditioner later and I'm absolutely amazed to have sleek hair at the back again!Smells lovely too, not in the slightest vinegary (ugh), and I like the texture - like a clear thick gel.Get it!
