These worked so well. Pricing was definitely worth it and helped me go to the bathroom a little better. You definitely have to stay consistent with them. I never really got side affects with them and they never hurt my stomach. I always took them either in the morning before i ate or at night.

Starting out I want say not every supplement works for every body But this one works for me. I have had digestion issues all my life and it is very frustrating as many of you may know. I tried the set but found as in the past with other probiotics they did nothing for me. But the enzyemes are doing the job. I can eat more items with no issues.
