These are great glasses, and surprisingly hefty. Most glassware designed for hot liquids is extremely thin to cope with expansion. These are pleasantly chunky, with a thick base that gives good stability. The handle is comfortable to hold and the thicker glass means that the outside stays relatively cool, so you don't scald your knuckles.I always pre-heat espresso cups so that the small volume of liquid isn't instantly cooled. These benefit from around 30-60 seconds of hot water to get heat into the thick base. If you don't do this, expect luke-warm coffee if you're doing a typical-size espresso shot.None of the above is a criticism, just tips to get the best out of these great-looking, practical cups.

Had these before

These mugs are lovely although smaller than I thought they would be ,Strong and steardy ,lovely colours ,had an issue with a cracked mug on delivery but after contact with seller sorted quickly without issues

only had these cups a few days when the odd crack started to appear, beating in mind because they’re glass i was careful washing them, yesterday making a coffee and when i picked it up the bottom of the cup fell out scalding my hand!! dangerous and would not recommend you buy these!!!
