Just received my ab roller with arm support. It is awesome! Much more support than just the single wheel. I have a weak core from two pregnancies(twins) and c-section. It's very light weight and easy to use. I am 200 lbs and it holds me up just fine. There is a thin foam mat that comes with it. Personally, I need more support for my knees, but can be used just fine for those without knee problems. The frame is a mix of plastic parts and metal. I recommend storing this somewhere away from the elements as this type of plastic will become brittle in extreme conditions, specifically heat. Overall I feel this will help me build back my core strength.If I could recommend improvement to the product, I'd say that the entire frame should be made with metal, not just part of it.

This little machine is a must in your life. It is not hard in your back when you go forward the machine brings you back a little, but you also put all the effort I do 100 every morning and I love it.

The product worked great over all but the timer was missing the on/off switch. Pretty sure it was just a coincidence.
