I've had to purchase them,my other ones have past there expire date. Look great I've had them in the past, easy enough to fit,they have a good water flow,they're functional enough, very easy to keep clean too,OWE WELL DONE AMAZON FOR GETTING THEM OUT PRACTICALLY NEXT DAY.JUST WHAT I NEEDED CHEERS,MERRY CHRISTMAS AMAZON STAFF & A VERY HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL AT AMAZON.ALL THE BEST TO ALL.

The media could not be loaded. We bought these to replace an old set of taps in the kitchen. They are not spectacular, basic even, but still look smart, and operate well. I chose these because they have washers inside rather than the more expensive and difficult to replace cartridges, so in 20 years or so, I anticipate no problems replacing the washers if the tap ever starts to leak. Connecting them should be simplicity itself, just a case of screwing on the flexible hose from the mains, but any difficulty would be down to the usual inaccessible position under and behind the sink, so I got someone in to do it for me. These are very reasonable taps, at a very reasonable price.

I spent a ridiculous amount of time researching what tap I should get my husband to fit, to replace our ancient one that leaked all the time. Just wanted something that would look okay and not leak.Also didn't want to get one with cartridges, to save costs on having to replace them. I believe this one has washers instead.I eventually decided upon this one, one of the few Bristan ones that don't have the easyfit connection. Apparently the easyfit connection can result in taps spraying all over the kitchen when they go wrong.My husband tells me that he didn't have too much difficulty installing it, and I can vouch that the amount of swearing emitted him was less than usual DIY causes.No leaks since and hopefully it will stay that way. From memory, the extended warranty was for a decent timespan too.

This is a nice tap and appears well made and I hope it is because Bristan do not include a guarantee in the box with the product and you have to register with them even to get a 12 Month warranty not just to extend it to 5 Years and this is where the trouble starts because they want proof of purchase and they want it in a particular form, they want a "non-editable attachment" and I don't know how to do that and despite a couple of phone calls and several emails I have given up trying to jump through hoops just to get a guarantee that I feel sure one is entitled to, they say they can't accept a cut and paste invoice as it could be easily altered, are they seriously suggesting that people would go to to the trouble of altering an invoice in order to gain a guarantee for a TAP! , so it seems you need good computer skills or you don't get a warranty. I give up
