Cheating alert: No refund, only replacement. I could not find that condition of "no refund only replacement " written anywhere at the time of ordering. Fradulent bussiness practices. Poor quality product. Cannot take the weight of a single laptop. They have supplied an allen key tool to keep tightening the screws. Fan is touching somewhere and making a noise. Misleading advertisemts. Highly overpriced. Do not want such substandard product. Pls refund my money. Refund refund and only refund.

These products is good to use , quality better with the material used , can be long lasting depend on use, also provide RGB lighting with fan with a control button backside , very easy to use, Value for money.

Product is good not more and RGB light is good, build quality is good,but the adjustment up-down is not good and the adjustment tool well be not good quality it's not working and please check USB cable is not working on my mac and I connect USB hub and then connect another USB cable then it's working please anyone burying this product be careful we not satisfied this product and not refund policy Amazon please carefully buy this product any problem on this product and replacement is take more time

The media could not be loaded. It doesn't function as how it should be, Reason for saying this is it doesn't my gaming laptop weigh around 2-2.5 kg. Even they given a Allen key adjustable, we cannot adjust it because of the low quality hinch there, when I try to adjust the Allen key portion turned as round... Means, they damaged.. And I order the Allen keys Seperately, because they are not providing one.. Overall quality of the product is good, fans and lights works pretty good. The only and main drawback is we cannot adjust it... As I shown in the image, we can only use this as flat surface.. that's it... And we can rotate...Overall, I'm disappointed the fact that we cannot adjust the height, and I buyed Allen key set for nothing... Bad experience...

Screw used here in angles to adjust the stand is very bad and when i try to tight it worn off and keep on spinning inside making the allen key useless and stand not able to hold my laptop upright
