Q: I had a problem with this paper roll my machine did not recognise it

Sorry -bought for a company I no longer work for.

Q: What is the ink like on the labels? Is it durable enough to stand getting wet or does the ink smudge if wet or rubbed too hard?

Hi. I have done a little test for you. The ink on the label does NOT smuge when rubbed but if it gets wet ink DOES fade away but that is only when rubbed many times. I have had mine for about a year and I have had no problems at all with the printer or the labels.

Q: Hi, How do you get this cartridge to print without cutting every single label? I have tried turning it off in the settings but no success as yet!

Try turning the printer off at the plug leaving a short time and re-connect.

Q: How many address labels do you get out of a cartridge? I mean as in like barcoded address labels

You can print continuous lengths from 1 inch to 6 feet with the automatic cutter to suit almost any labelling requirement. A permanent adhesive backing allows for easy attachment, and the 88mm x 22m roll length provides excellent value for money.
