Service is not good

Poor service and unprofessional installation team
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the installation of my Hot and Cold AC unit. While I find the unit itself to be satisfactory, the experience with your installation team has been unprofessional and lacking in expertise.It has been seven days since the initial installation, and despite continuous follow-up on my part, the issues remain unresolved. Your team consistently assures me that someone will be sent soon, but no specific date or time is ever provided.This is the reason why I am giving 2 stars.

The media could not be loaded. Outdoor unit r so noisy blue star service r so pathetic no response from service centerThanks to amazon they initiate return refund don't go for blue star quality r not at that mark

Swing issue
The media could not be loaded. Within three days of it's installation swing starts producing unwanted sound and customer support is not responding.
