The unit is an impressive piece of equipment if you choose the correct weight range and apply yourself seriously. When used regularly, you will see a significant improvement in how your body looks, feels, and behaves. Beginners should purchase the model with the lowest weight range, as they will be disappointed otherwise.This is my second unit, the first from a different manufacturer. The defective first one came with little instruction in a brown box. This unit arrived in a picture box with a large foldout instruction sheet. I think these exercise units are made by one company and sold by different suppliers. That said, this is a solid, seriously well-made piece of equipment, not a flimsy toy. Advanced users will appreciate the build and its ability to easily unsnap for travel with you to the gym, providing a seamless and convenient experience.As an aging bodybuilder, this equipment has restored muscle that I thought was long gone. I can recommend this model.

I do 30 reps x 3 -- 1 each of low, 1 level & 1 high. The burn is real and my chest, shoulders arms and back burn. I keep it by my office desk and hit it every day. Resistance is good, design is simple and it is effective as I see and feel the results after just a week. Super portable too for travel.

It's gets the job done

This thing is AWESOME!! Make sure you get the one that is recommended by Amazon as there is a lot of fakes out there and I didn’t even want to take the chance. Wicked easy to put together, simple click in place for the handles boom done. Highly recommend.

We bought it for our teenage son and he loves it. He can you use it all other the house. It’s not bulky and he can keep it in his room. It came with a sheet of different ways to use it and it shows you the muscle that you are working on.

I have only owned this device for three days and have worked out with it twice. I cannot provide any results, which would take at least 30 days for proper evaluations. Assembly was simple and fast. Thus far, I can feel a small pump in my chest and shoulders. The arm (biceps) exercise is almost worthless. A design improvement for better control and range of motion (arm curls) would make this device a better value for the money. Hopefully, I will provide a positive comment after 30 days of use.

It's a nice piece if equipment. I'm not very strong. The first day could only do one of each bend. The second time, I could do 3. Now I'm trying for 4 or 5
