Both good price and quality

Tv works fine on the day i receive it (Sept.30) and i used it until few hrs the remote stop working, the other button works well only the power button is not. I tried to turn off the TV manually on the tv button below and its not working as well, so there’s no other option to turn off the tv only to unplug it. Now its only 2 days since i ordered it and i have the same issue again, that’s why i wrote a review. Please do something about it, i dont know what’s the problem. I dont want to return it and make refund, if u can do something or replace it with a new one is better. Thank you.

To start with remote is defective. So I was not even able to do anything.Low quality product. I initiated return after 3 hours of delivery. Very bad experience with this product. I do not recommend at all. We pay big money we end up with very low quality product

Good TV for the price

Damaged and faulty, smart tv had black dot at the middle of screen. i am not able to return as i shipped this item to another country. this is built in defect .

It's a basic , it's not 4K as advertised and the sound is nothing close to Dolby
