I was very sceptical about buying this Samsum A35 phone as the price was so much cheaper than elsewhere.Nothing to worry about! Phone came the next day, in the original packaging all with original seals, Phone was wrapped in original cover inside the box. Instructions leaflet included.I tried to transfer everything via WiFi but it did not complete for some reason. So l thought if only l had the wire to connect my two phones to transfer. Well, l looked at again at the wire that was in the box (l thought it was a charging wire but to my relief it was the transfer wire. FANTASTIC!After that it was plain sailing. (I read in some reviews that people were disappointed not receiving the charger in the box, really? I thought it was a good idea not to include a charger as l bet 90% of customers already had one.... save the planet etc!) Therefore, l would certainly recommend this seller! Thank you!So, l have had the phone for one day now and l have tried to transfer twice which took a few hours.Have had to setup my passwords againI was so pleased it transfered my calendar and Colour Notes!!!I played my Dominoes game for over an hourUsed my Mobile Hotspot for a couple of hoursThis morning I still had 53% of my battery! MAGIC!!!!! I was having to charge my battery about three times a day with my old phone.The keyboard is brilliant, the keys are large which makes my life so much easier!You can alter the size of your fontI cannot seem to be able to put my icons in alphabet order which will be very annoying if this cannot be done 😤My photos have been transferred in any random order. Will have to discover if l can put them into date order.The volume is good.Pictures was bit grainy, not taken a video yet.The size of the phone is a lot bigger than my last one but they all are now so in fact it was great being able to play my game of 5 and 3's Dominoes on my phone rather than my tablet.I am still playing with this phone so no further details. It came out in March this year 2024.So ATM l am extremely happy with the seller, my new Samsung A35 and of course Amazon!!😀A very happy experience!!BTW l am in my very late 60's 😅

The Samsung Galaxy A35 5G is an excellent choice for those seeking a budget-friendly smartphone without compromising on performance and features. It offers a great balance of power, camera quality, and battery life. While it may have a few minor drawbacks, it's a solid option for everyday use.Note: Please check the price before you buy. Some sellers sell it for much cheaper price which is attractive but that phones are the gray import ones, which are intended to use in non-European countries. Samsung doesn't give warranty to those phones to use in the UK. These phones work fine here with UK sim. On the sticker it says "for use in Malaysia and has to be activated with an Asian SIM". But, that doesn't needed, it'll work straight away with UK sim. If you're ok without warranty go for it, otherwise go for the factory unlocked normal model.

Why did you choose this product over others?:This seemed like a good phone at a decent price. I use a laptop for most serisou stuff, so a phone is for phoning (!), texting etc., plus quick checks of stuff on the run. Anyway...Took some time to transfer data from my old phone - my fault. A dual USB-C lead was provided for this, but I didn't see it... so did it by WiFi. It worked, though as the phone was a different make to the old one, passwords often didn't make it... so time wasted renewing those. The most annoying and frustrating thing about the phone was that the volume for phone calls - but not media - was ridiculously low, and I could barely make out what the other person was saying. This persisted from purchase until yesterday, when by some miracle it was OK. I hope that lasts - too soon to be certain. It is an India model, so you get ads for Indian stuff on the first screen - no big deal (they are colourful pictures!). In some places, you see the language as English (India) but that can be changed. I had no problem using my UK SIM card, so I'm not sure why others had to make phone calls to India. The screen is far better than my old phone, and so is the fingerprint sign-in, though at times I do have to repeat several times. This may be down to me not putting my finger in the exact right place, but still... could be even better. Not sure at all about some of the Samsung software. I may delete some of this - if it's possible. Overall - pretty happy so far with value for money. Time will tell if my opinion improves or gets worse.

Good phone

This phone replaced an older Samsung phone and the Samsung Smart Switch app was used to transfer the data from one phone to another . Everything on the old phone got transferred - and I do mean everything - and the new owner was impressed with the fact that the Apps were transferred in the same sequence used on the old phone .The phone has a solid feel to it and although it’s an international spec phone the only thing missing is NFC functionality- which the new owner doesn’t use .The new owner tells me the screen clarity is excellent and the sound impressive .One thing the new owner remarked on is that the SIM card holder is double sided - one side for a SIM card and one side for an SD card .Battery life is good .The new owner has not yet used the 3 cameras so I can’t report on them .

What a brilliant little phone. I am not a flagship phone user, This phone is excellent value for money. Very easy to transfer data from my old phone, and easy to use with plenty of online videos on how to set it up to your preferences. comfortable to hold and very easy to use. I am all Android as I'm not too fond of apple products. Excellent value for money. I have bought a tough case for mine and a glass screen protector. To be on the safe side. Well worth it

Excellent phone, does everything I need with dual sim if needed. Loaded fast from my previous A12 and is all I need in a cell phone and more. Very pleased customer.
