As an armband works well.
Just make sure you have the correct sender unit.

Have to leave it a little lose to not hurt
I love the concept but after a few days I had to loosen it quite a bit for it not to hurt. I love its waterproof and Velcro. Seems to be made sturdy.

great product but needs to be altered
my husband developed a rash from the band. i realize that it's very scratchy on the inside. maybe i need to put some kind of protective tape on the band to protect from the irritation/rash.
