What's not to like
Won't buy any other products now for electrolytes and vitamins , I have tried all 3 products now , rest and recover, daily immunity and the energy and hydration, I use the energy and hydration ones while at the gym, they do make a difference especially in the summer, the rest and recovery one at night, I do have better sleep with these with the good magnesium amount, taste good and no artificial ingredients, keep an eye out for the limited time deals, overall very effective and Good quality.

Tonic Immune support and hydration
I started using Tonic a few months ago, only using it when I attended intensive spin classes. Now I use it every day at the start of my day to help me hydrate and I do feel so much better for doing so. Good price compared to my local supermarket which doesn’t always have it in stock.

Does the job, but tastes let's it's down.
I purchased these for my other half, he has been using another brand for a long time but it's got too expensive. So tried this, it does the job but he said it the taste is really hard to get used to. It's put him off getting some more.

OK, Not Outstanding
I always use energy & hydration tablets of one sort or another in my water bottle on my long-distance bike rides; plain water suffices on short rides. Though my daily distances have reduced from peak, & despite the appalling weather in September this year, I still managed over 300 miles on my bike that month. In 2016, I rode 700 miles at the age of 70 in 7 days, English Channel to the Mediterranean, raised over £8K for 3 charities; the following year, 175 miles in one day. I now find climbing long steep hills on my bike rather more tedious, & slower!I haven't been in the habit of caring much what brand of tablets I use in my water bottle, because I have not yet found a brand which sustains my cycling ability any better or worse than any other. However, I hadn’t previously tried this ‘tonic’ brand, so I thought that I would try it when I had the chance.I drank a small sip of this tonic drink before setting off for a 40-mile practice ride, when the effervescence following mixing was still present, but by the time the rest had got rattled around for miles on the downtube of my bike, it was no longer effervescent. I did find the blood orange flavour of this product pleasant, though I did not think the flavour was very pronounced, nor noticeably zesty/tangy. The drink was fine for periodic rehydration, but I felt no clearly defined energy boost after I drank it.I have a healthy daily eating & drinking routine – lots of fresh fruit & veg from my garden & allotment & straightforward (old-fashioned?) cuts of natural meat, milk, bread, etc, relatively few processed meats/ready meals & extremely rarely anything which could be classified as junk food. For instance, I have probably eaten less than 6 packets of crisps, & 2 burgers when nothing else was available, in the last year. I also take plenty of exercise. So I don’t feel any need to take daily re-vitalising drinks to maintain alertness & energy as part of my normal routine. On the other hand, on a long road bike ride, I do consider it important to maintain hydration & maintain proper levels of electrolyte vitamins & minerals, which are naturally depleted when expending a lot of energy, especially in hot weather. So, I add the necessary elements to my water bottle.I scored this product 3 stars because I thought it offered reasonable but not outstanding value for money.

Nice
First time trying theses I've started to put 1 in to a 1.5litres of filtered water and drink through out the day, the taste is brilliant especially when nice and cold too.

One tablet for 350ml
The media could not be loaded. I tried this after exercise. The packaging is identical to other brands, plastic tube with a plastic lid that incorporates a plastic spring. The tablet is to be added to 350ml of water, another brand I use is for over double that amount. The tablet took around three minutes to completely dissolve. Orange flavouring is not my favourite.
