I purchased the four pack S1 camerasThere are instructions on how to set up the camera on your network included.I selected the camera type in the Wansview app for the battery S1.To set up the camera, I used the scan method to connect the camera to my network. It was easy. Just hold your smartphone up to the app and scan the QR code, then listen to the audio prompts from the camera as it tells you what's going on, then continue to follow instructions in the app.I put my own 128 gig memory SD card into the camera(s).The phone app can review live video or stored video using your phone app as well ason the SD card. I recommend getting a SD card.Also, if you want to view the cameras live on your computer you can use the pc app, Amazon show, or Fire TV.You can easily integrate with Alexa to do this.I use my Alexa fire TV to view the cameras on my big TV at any time.I mounted my cameras using the hardware provided and even a template to mount the base of the camera. I made sure they are getting sunlight as they are solar-powered. I do not need to use the charging cords once they are mounted. My cameras charge up using the sun each day to 100%, as you can check battery status in the smartphone app.There are several really nice features. You can have the spotlight turn on when motion is detected at night. You have the ability to hear what's going on as well as talk to whatever is near the camera. I like that you can go back and review what was recorded by date and time. You need to use the cloud service for the ability to save and recall the capture online. Or for free, put a sd card into each camera 128Gb max. You get notifications as well as 15 seconds of motion captured for free no matter what if you want even without the SD card.You can have the motion detection look for people as this will pick up a person and count that as motion however you can just report all motion detection and it will record this if you have a sd cord or the cloud service. You can adjust sensitivity of detection. I have several of the cameras and they all have very clear crisp pictures. The 2k video is very clear even at night. I love that you can adjust the camera to adapt at night to a color picture using the existing lights that are around your property, or the spot light built in, instead of seeing the picture in just in black and white. I bought the 4 pack and love them. I recommend these cameras as they use a battery and or USB C cable that comes with the cameras. They are solar so all you do is charge it once and solar does the rest with no cords at all. So far on cloudy days I have not seen any concern as the battery shows full all the time. The sensitivity can be adjusted as well as distance of detection. The Wi-Fi is 2.5 GHz only. The wansview app is very solid and has many features that also allow you to talk to the person if you want, as well as notify you of an alert. You can zoom in the picture to see closer and set the picture to full screen on your phone app. The echo show also lets you zoom in. The ability to set up each camera in about 5 minutes, a perfect picture, ability to see the cameras using the app on my pc to look at all the cameras at once is perfect. I recommend these cameras to anyone who wants security and just the ability to look at an area quickly when they get a notification.

I had similar solar cameras, but these have integrated solar panels onto the body of the camera. So there isn't an additional wire for a sleek look. Camera quality is great with clear videos. You can adjust the sensitivity of motions and omit private areas from surveillance. Overall, it has great functions since you can monitor all of the units in one viewing window on the app to monitor all your point of interest.The setup was as seamless as the other AOQEE units. I’m going to paraphrase the manufacturing instructions. Download the app before doing anything with the camera. Supply power to the camera and wait a few seconds until the blue light blinks. Once the blue light blinks, reset the camera by holding the reset button to prepare it for pairing. You’ll hear a voice response when it's done successfully. Launch the app and navigate to the home screen on the top right corner. Tap "+" to add this specific camera to your monitoring list. You’ll see two tabs when you launch the "+" function; one tab is for AOQEE, while the others are their sister companies. It’s handy and easy to identify which camera you’re using with those pictures.Upon selecting your camera, it’ll ask about your WiFi network log-in credentials. Then you’ll be prompted to put your phone in front of the camera for it to read the QR code that your phone will display. Wait for it to do its thing after you hear the voice response when it has been done successfully for a minute or two. When it is finished establishing a network, you can customize your camera’s settings and its name.

First off, shipping was fast. It was delivered early than expected. I've been using cameras for a few months and I’m really impressed with features and quality of the unit. It was really easy to set up like 2-min DIY pretty straight forward. It comes with built-in large solar panel which eliminates wired problem to a power source. The solar panel is handy in the way that can be adjustable to face the sun light to make sure continuously the unit keeps charging (Battery life is solid). In terms of quality, it's 2k image & color night visions. The resolution is clear even the night time. No worries about the night time because of having the spotlight to enhance the clear footage. It's automatically on when the motion is deteted. Surprisingly the AI human detetion is also included (never seen this with budget cameras). If you are not ready for the cloud storage, the SD storage is option. I use 128GB for that without issue. It keeps the footage for 2 week or more. The app itself is very intuitive. There are many options to tweak.Overall, cameras are an awesome value worthing money and hight recommend if you are looking for outdoor camera!

When I first got the cameras I wasn't sure about them. I didn't want to buy a subscription and they didn't seem to work without one, but.... Alice from Wansview emailed me immediately after my initial inquiry. She was great and gave me helpful information that told me how to use the cameras w/o a subscription. Then...after a few days, she followed up to make sure the cameras were working properly and they were. The color is really good and the night videos come through clearly. I use the cameras to watch animals (and people) around my house and I am very pleased with the quality. This camera is solar/battery powered, so no wires to impede my placement of the cameras. I am very pleased with them so far. Customer service is very important to me and Wansview customer service rep. Alice was GREAT! Give her a raise!
