Surprisingly mild and pleasant taste and smell.My teeth feel very clean after each use. Helps my breath without leaving an overwhelming residual odor.The taste makes it easier to leave on the teeth without rinsing like the instructions say.The tube looks cute and the top makes it easier to open when my carpal tunnel flares up.It seems to have helped more with my teeth sensitivity than sensodyne.It can be a little pricey but I keep my eye out for sales and I think the price is worth it.

Mild taste, non-foaming, easy and pleasant to use. I place a lot of importance on ingredients. You should heavily evaluate your daily-use products for suspect ingredients. I have found this toothpaste to have generally safe and good ingredients while also tasting good and remaining effective. A surprisingly tough combination of characteristics to find in a body product.Taste is so mild that my daughter (10 yo) actually enjoys using it as well. She also likes the watermelon flavor. I like this toothpaste for travel because the tube is durable and of just the right size to be TSA friendly.I am almost through my first tube, and don't think it has had a significant whitening effect, although I did not take before/after pictures.I wish they had one with a stronger mint flavor, but that's not a deal-breaker for me.

I purchased this product to hopefully help my teeth become whiter and not as transparent at the bottom. Several reviews stated they saw a difference in just a few brushes. I wasn’t expecting a miracle but just a little bit more whiter. But I see no difference at all. I have used this for a full week now. I brush my teeth 2-3 times a day and floss every time I brush. My issue is I drink coffee and I am 46 so my teeth are aging so it is hard to whiten them. My teeth are sensitive already so I don’t bleach them. The taste and freshness of this toothpaste is great and it foams better with a manual toothbrush than with an electric one. My teeth do feel just a clean as with other toothpaste. I like that the ingredients were more natural than others I am just disappointed in the results so far. The first two images were taken before I started using this toothpaste and the last two were after a week where I brushed about 15 times.Update: I have now used this product for over 2 months. It is long lasting due to the small amount you use. It did begin to make my teeth not as transparent and they have become whiter. I still think that the cost is too high, but with natural ingredients and the price of things I am thinking of purchasing again. I will say it does work and lasts a long time so that may be better in the long run. It is definitely not an over night or over a week experience for me like others have stated. It took time so I would recommend you try it and see for yourself self. The last three photos are after a little over 2 months.

I'm going to set this at an initial 5 star review but, I will come back with an update in about two weeks. Today was my first day using this. I went with the cinnamon and absolutely love the flavor. It's not overwhelming like a lot of artificial cinnamon things instead it's nice and mild with a light cinnamon flavor. It's a nice change from "regular" toothpaste so far because it foams up enough to let you know it's there but, it doesn't foam so much it fills your mouth. My teeth feel nice and smooth and breath is nice and cinnamony after I'm done. I'm beginning the nano Hydroxyapatite journey in hopes of helping with my sensitivity. So, keep an eye out for an update and I'll let y'all know if it helps in that area and anything else I notice that differs from the fluoride stuff.
