Ethique Conditioner Bar - Plastic-Free, Cruelty-Free, Vegan, 2.12 oz (Curl Defining Conditioner)

I was looking for solids mainly to avoid bringing liquids on my flight - this was great for that! Furthermore, I use it regularly because the purple works well for toning my chestnut/brondy color. My hair color was a oops, but using this to help tone down the bronze is really nice. Lightweight, easy to travel with, smells great, strong solid that hasn't broken in half after many many uses, and my hair feels great after! It has a little divot for your thumb to hold on, so it's very functional. I will likely repurchase for travel especially

I love the way this conditioner bar smells and how soft it makes my hair without weighing it down! It lasts for a very long time. I use bar soap saver bags to hang my conditioner bar from the shower wall so it doesn't sit on a shelf in water.I'm not sure why they changed from a plain white bar to an orange dyed one? I have been using Ethique shampoo and conditioner bars for years now.

I am still getting use to using the product. It seems like when I use it I'm not placing enough on my hair, but when I rinse off, seems otherwise. Also, my hair definitely has a different feel to it; yet, appears I don't have to wash as much as before. The design is a bit strange and challenging to keep dry at times. I have not broken out on it, so that's a major plus as it's been difficult to find truly clean products.

I love how soft this makes my hair and with just the right amount of curl. The first time I used it, I received compliments from multiple colleagues. I have put the bar in about an inch of water in a cup for a few seconds and splash it around. Then I use the water on my hair. This seems to provide more uniform coverage.

Loyal customer for over 5 years. Sadly the new bars have added “nature-identical perfume oils” aka fragrance instead of just essential oil. This irritates my sensitive scalp and gave me a headache straight out of the box. Definitely a disappointment after so many years. Their Heali Kiwi- now scalp health- shampoo is still the same though! I will have to just search for a new conditioner.

So far so good, have not had an allergic reaction to this so far. The conditioning is quite rich, I think I could probably use a lighter touch. Excellent for travel. I'll probably by this again.

Sorta disappointed. I love their shampoo but the conditioner is a fail. The chunky cheese wedge shape is uncomfortable and awkward to hold. I had to smush it flat to be apply to apply the product which in turn made it softer quicker and it hasn't lasted even half as long as it should. Their shampoo is great and this could be too with a different shape.

It makes my very fine hair feel lighter.I have very short hair. Extra fine and very little shampoo really weighs my hair down.I have been using a liquid shampoo that I watered down and used it as a foam. This makes bar makes the hair feel lighter.I barely need to use much at all because my hair is about 1" to 1 1/2" long at most. This bar will last me a very long time.
