Q: Can I able to charge this to a balance lipo charger?

Absolutely. However, you must remove the battery from the transmitter, which is easy. The battery has a balance plug and, of course, a charging plug. However, the battery will last two full days of normal flying and my 5.1v 2 amp USB wall wart charger charges this up in a couple of hours using the USB plug on the bottom of the TX16S. I pull the battery every couple of months and cycle it down to 3.2 volts per cell and then balance charge to 8.4 volts. Like any LIPO, if you are not going to fly in a month or more, pull the battery and discharge it to 3.8 v per cell.
