Large pills, but still pretty easy to swallow. I started taking these when my doctor suggested them for my brain health. I believe they're still helping my brain, whether or not I feel a difference.These seem to be pretty good quality, they don't melt, they don't burst. They don't upset my stomach, but I do notice a slightly fishy taste if I burp after taking these. It's not horrible though.

We always grab them on Amazon because somehow they're way cheaper than what we've seen in stores (and they seem to always be on sale on Amazon!?). They've never arrived damaged or melted even when delivered to his house which basically feels like an oven half of the year. Also, big bonus, my boyfriend doesn't get fishy burps from these!
