Great brand, okay taste.
I used this brand many years ago. Not the best tasting but also not the worst. Middle of the road. I just hope and assume it will help with what it says it will do. I will probably start putting them in my flavored water instead of eating them. I like them because I was told they are not full of sugar. I would recommend it. I hear it's one of the best brands out there.

A good way to take your calcium
After not enjoying swallowing large calcium pills and getting nauseated by too sweet gummies I found the perfect solution for me. I put them in my mouth and let them melt a bit before chewing, don't find them chalky as some commenters note.

Nausea Warning: Might Work Better with Food
These chewable calcium supplements start off tasting a bit like a SweetTart—slightly tangy and sweet—but they also have a fizzy texture and an unpleasant aftertaste that lingers. However, the bigger issue for me was the consistent nausea they caused. Within 2 to 5 minutes of taking them, I’d start to feel noticeably nauseous. I tested them for four days in a row, and the reaction was the same each time. The good news is that eating something right afterward seemed to resolve the nausea almost immediately. So if you’re sensitive like me, I recommend not taking these on an empty stomach.Everyone’s body reacts differently, but I wanted to share this in case others experience the same thing. The supplement might still be effective, but the side effects were hard to ignore in my case.

Good option though I have to take with food
Great sugarfree chewable alternative to large calcium pills which I find too difficult to swallow. Chalky taste isn't great but tolerable. I also find that I have to take with food otherwise I get waves of nausea within a minute of chewing a tablet. Still recommend though. Have tried various sizes of tablets (even the "mini" which is still large) and other chewables either have added sugar (like gummies) and the amount of calcium is low so you have to chew multiple to equal one of these chewables.
