I’ve been using these vitamins for years and really recommend them! My nails are stronger and my hair seems to be healthier. They’re small and not obnoxious to swallow. I take the recommended 3xday. I believe these are very effective!

I love this product. I have been using it for a little over a year. It has made my hair thicker and my nails don't chip as much anymore. It does have a flavor to it but it is not bad. I also have never had a problem with them getting stuck to one another in the bottle like I do with some of the other vitamins I take.

These have been effective in helping rebuild my hair and nails. My nails were breaking and chipping off until a couple weeks after starting to take these vitamins. No upset stomach and i think a good price for the amount.

Love, love, love these pills! I’ve tried several things before, including special shampoo, stuff in my smoothie and several other brands of hair and nail vitamins but these work the best yet. My hair grows like crazy when I take them… Usually do a few months on them and then a few months off.

Was losing my hair and it wasn’t growing very well. After a month or so my hair has begun to grow and is healthier.My skin seems better as well.I’d recommend it
